Traffic arrangements will take place on Wednesday 18/10 and Wednesday 25/10 on Ionia Odos and more specifically at section between Avgo I/C and Egnatia I/C, in order to proceed with electromechanical equipment maintenance works of Ampelia tunnel. Specifically, from 08:00a.m. on Wednesday 18/10, until 08:00 a.m. on Thursday 19/10 and from 08:00 a.m. on Wednesday 25/10 until 08:00 a.m. on Thursday 26/10, both traffic flows will be totally closed at said section, while closing Avgo I/C entrance branch direction towards Ioannina, and Egnatia I/C branch direction towards Antirrio. During the above period, all drivers moving along Ionia Odos, direction towards Ioannina, will exit the motorway at Avgo I/C and will continue their road trip to the destination of their choice, through the Old National Road. Subsequently, all drivers moving along Egnatia Odos and wishing to enter Ionia Odos direction towards Antirrio, will exit Egnatia Odos at Ioannina I/C and, moving towards Arta, will re-enter Ionia Odos through Avgo I/C. Finally, all drivers leaving the city of Ioannina and wishing to exit at Ionia Odos direction towards Antirrio, shall approach the Avgo I/C through the Old National Road direction towards Arta. Nea Odos has taken all necessary measures for the safety of the drivers, while relevant temporary signs will be installed in the area to provide full information. Traffic arrangements will take place on A.TH.E motorway and specifically in the region of Stylida Tunnels, in order to proceed with road surface works.   Specifically, from September 11 to September 25, in the lane toward Athens, in particular from the 231km to the 228km, left and right traffic lane will be partially closed, while, during the aforementioned period, traffic flow will be channelled on one traffic lane.   Kentriki Odos has taken all necessary measures for the safety of the drivers, while relevant temporary signs will be installed in the area to provide full information.   Kentriki Odos wants to thank the drivers for their understanding and also invites them to strictly follow the relevant signs and to show extreme caution.

Specifically, from Tuesday evening, September 5, at 22:00 p.m., to Wednesday morning, at 06:00 a.m., the exit ramp of Tatoi I/C, in the direction to Lamia, will be closed. During this time, drivers, moving along the main road axis, will be warned in good time by following the respective signs, in order to exit to the next junction (Pyrna I/C) and, through the left motorway branch, direction to Athens, will re-enter the road at Tatoi I/C. Traffic arrangements will take place at Ionia Odos and specifically between Filippiada and Perdika, Municipality of Ioannina, in order to proceed with Perdika – Egnatia north section connection works. Specifically, from Thursday, July 27, up until Tuesday, August 1, traffic will be fully interrupted at section from Filippiada I/C up to the temporary end of the motorway at the area of Perdika, municipality of Ioannina. During the above period: Drivers moving toward Ioannina, by following the temporary information signs, will exit the motorway at Filippiada I/C through Arta – Ioannina Old National Road (Old N.R.) and will be channelled to the destination of their choice. Drivers moving toward Antirrio, by following the temporary information signs, will be channelled to Filippiada I/C through the Arta – Ioannina Old National Road (Old N.R.), whereby entering the motorway direction to Antirrio. During the aforementioned traffic arrangements, all entry and exit branches will be closed from and toward the motorway of Terovo and Gorgomilos I/Cs, as well as of Ammotopos semi-I/C. Traffic arrangements will take place on A.TH.E motorway and specifically in the region of Metamorfossi Attikis, in order to proceed with road surface maintenance works. Specifically, from Monday 24 July up until Wednesday 26 July, between 22:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m. next day, and from the 17th up to the 15th km, traffic flow in the direction to Athens, middle and right lanes will be partially and simultaneously closed. During the above period, traffic flow will be channelled to the left lane. In the meantime, the middle and right lane will be consequently released, in order for the vehicles to move freely in the direction to Attiki Odos. At the same time, both (entry and exit) branches of Tatoi I/C, direction to Athens, will be closed. Drivers, moving along the main road axis, will be warned in good time by following the respective signs, in order to exit from the previous junction (Pyrna I/C) and, through the lateral road network and by following the respective signs, will re-enter the road at Tatoi I/C. In accordance with the law and the company's Articles of Association and by means of the Board of Directors’ decision dated 26.03.2014, the company's Shareholders are invited to an Ordinary General Meeting to be held in June 30th 2014, Monday at 11:00 am at the Company’s Headquarters which are located at 87 Themistokleous Street, Athens, in order to discuss and decide upon the following items of the agenda: Approval of annual financial statements for the 7th accounting period from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 and the Board of Directors Report. Various issues and announcements In accordance with the law and the Articles of Association of the compan, all shareholders may attend the meeting, either in person or via a representative, and the Greek State as well. Company shareholders who wish to attend the Ordinary General Meeting must deposit all their shares to the company's cashier or to the 'Deposit and Loan Fund' or to any recognized bank in Greece at least five (5) clear days before the date set for the Ordinary General Meeting. The supporting documents for the stocks deposit as well as any power of attorneys should be submitted to the company's cashier at least five (5) clear days before the date of the meeting.

Aiming at the constant improvement of its services and with ultimate goal the maximum possible level of road safety, Nea Odos on April 10 2014 carrying out a full scale readiness exercise in PATHE motorway and more specifically within the tunnel of Knimida (which bypassing St. Constantine and Kamena Vourla of Fthiotida) . The exercise will be carried out with the participation of our staff, the traffic police of the motorways, the ambulance service and finally the Fire Service. During the exercise and more specifically from 08:00 to 14:00, the traffic of motorway’s branch towards Athens will be totally suspended and the traffic will be diverted to the old national road (peripheral St. Constantine – Kamena Vourla). Nea Odos has taken all the necessary security measures for the safety of the drivers while relevant temporarily signs will be installed in the area to provide fully information regarding the diversion. Nea Odos, informs that due to procedural matters and with the goal to serve the permanent residents of Oropos municipality, from tomorrow Thursday 13 of February, the applicants can visit the Customer Care Center of the company, for their registration to the special discount program Fast Pass Oropos. The Customer Care Center is at Afidnes toll station, direction towards Lamia and operates Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. We remind that the documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents for their registration to the special discount program are the following: Certificate of Oropos Municipality that the applicant is a permanent resident of the Municipality. A statutory declaration of law 1599/1986 stating that the address declared in the application is the same as the one declared as permanent to the tax clearance certificate. A copy of the tax clearance certificate of the previous year, which will demonstrate that the main residence of the applicant is within Oropos Municipality. Car license of the category 2 vehicle that belongs to the applicant.

Nea Odos, in agreement with what was announced to the Mayor and the Municipal Council on Friday, February 7th, and with the goal to provide a special care to Oropos municipality, hereby confirms the following: Exclusively for Oropos permanent residents and via the special program Fast Pass Oropos, all category 2 vehicles for all the permanent residents of Oropos, will pay at Afidnes toll station 2,10 EUR / pass from the first pass, thus maintaining the toll fee at the level prior to the increase. The subscription of the permanent residents in Fast Pass Oropos program will be implemented through the Citizens Service Centers of Oropos Municipalities, by Nea Odos employees who will be present in order to serve them. The documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents are: An application form to subscribe to the Fast Pass Oropos discount program. This application is available in the company’s web site and will also be available at the registration points. The date of commencement of the submission process is Thursday the 13th of February, whereas the effective date for the program Fast Pass Oropos is Wednesday 19th of February.

Nea Odos, in absolute accordance to those defined by the Concession Agreement as amended and ratified by the Greek Parliament (Law 4219/2013) and following a customer centric strategy, announces that from midnight on Wednesday, February 5th to Thursday, February 6th: - The fees at the toll stations are adjusted as described in the attachment called Toll Fees. - A new discount program of the electronic toll payment service Fast Pass, is being launched. With the new program Fast Pass Frequent, all users of category 2 vehicles, will enjoy at the toll stations of Afidnes , Kapandriti , Malakasa and Inofita, discounts up to 50% per pass! The percentage of the discount increases as the number of monthly passes increases, as described below: Passes Discounts 11-20 5,00% 21-30 15,00% 31-40 20,00% 41-50 40,00% 51-60 50,00% Finally, we stress that especially for the section of PATHE, managed by our company (national road Athens to Lamia, form Metamorphosis to Skarfia), numerous improvements have been designed ( i.e. works at interchanges , improvement actions regarding signing and lighting upgrade of the parking areas , etc. ), aiming to the transformation of our motorway into one of the safest motorways in Europe.
