Green Awards 2020 – Bronze Award
Nea Odos stood out as the “greenest motorway in Greece” in the context of the Green Awards 2020, an institution aimed at rewarding and highlighting green good practices and strategies that promote sustainability and circular economy. Specifically, Nea Odos received the Bronze Award in the ‘Green Transportation Service’ category for its actions in promoting and developing recycling and electromobility on the motorways it manages, operates, and maintains. The evaluation of candidates was undertaken by 33 distinguished university academics, institutional actors, scientists, and professionals from the sectors of Ecology, Viability, the Environment, and Sustainability, while the award ceremony was organised by Boussias.
National Customer Service Awards 2020 – Customer Service Distinction Award
Nea Odos received yet another distinction in the framework of the National Customer Service Awards organised by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (H.I.C.S.), receiving the Customer Service Distinction Award in the ‘Best Use of Innovation in Customer Service’ category. Over the past 11 years, the H.I.C.S. — through the established National Customer Service Awards — has awarded companies, organisations, and executives of the sector who do their work every day focused on quality customer service, highlighting best practices. The H.I.C.S is a non profit organisation founded in 2004 with the support of multinationals, major Greek companies, and scientific entities operating in Greece.
